Your photos, videos, stickers, and creations never leave your device. We don't create user accounts, we don't build profiles, and we don't sell data. Everything is processed on your phone.

What We Don't Do

Standard Server Communication

The app connects to our servers for a few features: loading templates, checking feature availability, and submitting optional feedback. Like every app and website on the internet, these connections involve standard server logs.

This means our servers automatically see:

This is the same data that every website and app receives when you use it — it's how the internet works. We use it solely to keep the service running, monitor performance, and prevent abuse. We do not use this data to identify you, track you, or build a profile.

Feedback (Optional)

If you choose to submit feedback through the app, we collect your rating, comments, feedback category, and basic device info (model, OS version). This helps us improve the app and is not linked to your identity.

Third-Party Services

Klipy (GIFs & Stickers)

When you search for GIFs or stickers, your search query is sent to Klipy's servers to fetch results. This is the only data sent to a third party. Please review Klipy's Privacy Policy for how they handle this data.

Your Creations

All videos, stickers, photo cards, and slideshows you create are stored locally on your device. We have no access to your content and no way to see what you create.

Children's Privacy

InstaClipz does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is intended for general audiences.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the changes here with a new date. We won't reduce your privacy protections without notice.

How do I create a video?

  1. Tap "Create" and choose a template, photo, or blank canvas
  2. Add music, text, stickers, drawing, and effects
  3. Tap "Generate" to create your video
  4. Save to your Photos or share directly

How do I make custom stickers?

Tap "Stickers" from the home screen, then choose Photo, GIF, or Text. The app automatically removes backgrounds from photos. Add text, effects, and styling, then export to iMessage or WhatsApp.

Can I use my own music?

Yes! You can select songs from your Apple Music library or choose from our collection of royalty-free tracks. You can also record a voice message.

How do I send stickers on iMessage?

After creating stickers, they automatically appear in your iMessage sticker drawer. Open Messages, tap the Apps icon, and find InstaClipz to send your stickers.

Where are my creations saved?

Everything stays on your device. After generating a video, tap "Save" to save to your Photos library. Stickers are saved in sticker packs within the app.

Is the app really free?

Yes! InstaClipz is completely free with unlimited creation. No ads, no subscriptions, no hidden costs.

Troubleshooting

Video generation fails

  • Ensure you have enough storage space on your device
  • Try closing other apps to free up memory
  • Restart the app and try again

Music not playing

  • Check that your device is not on silent mode
  • Ensure volume is turned up

Photos not showing

  • Make sure you've granted photo library access in Settings > Instaclipz > Photos

App crashes

  • Update to the latest version from the App Store
  • Restart your device
